Acceptable but Disappointing Room Service

The breakfast service was satisfactory (especially the variety of pastries).
Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned promptly. It was cleaned only upon request around 4 p.m. The dirty windows significantly obstructed the sea view. It was frustrating since that view was a primary reason for selecting that room.

The breakfast restaurant offered excellent service. Christian and his team were friendly. The entire team worked diligently to allocate tables efficiently. Yonas provided special care to our table.
The hotel windows had some dirt. This slightly impacted the sea view.

The staff acted helpfully and friendly. I received a complimentary room upgrade to a beautiful suite. The suite had two bathrooms and wonderful views.
The suite did not include a balcony.

i received a warm welcome at the reception. the team maintained a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel. the scent was refreshing, which enhanced the overall sense of comfort. i appreciated the breakfast buffet refill, thanks to chef pradeep, chef amshu, chef amal, and chef priya.
the windows in some areas needed cleaning, and this slightly affected the view.
